""I knew some of the weaknesses that I had. Last year my arm in the outfield wasn’t where it needed to be," said the 22-year-old Sinay, who has played left and right field for Bluefield. "In the offseason I worked a lot to strengthen my arm and this year I can definitely see a tremendous difference with my arm. It has gotten a lot stronger and I am getting to the bases, backspin the ball and being able to throw out more runners, be more of a threat in the outfield."

Sinay took a few days to get the hang of things but he has been killing it lately. On July 7th he put up the following stat line. 3 at bats, 2 hits, 2 runs, two RBIs, a homer, and a walk.
