UB Women's Tennis swept by Big Ten foe Minnesota Friday

UB Athletics

The formula has been simple for UB Women's Tennis this year, at least so far.

The Bulls win at home, and have not yet picked up a road victory in three tries after today's 7-0 sweep at the hands of Minnesota.

Despite the loss, it's good to see Coach Maines bring her team out to some upper-level competition, as UB's three losses have all come to Power 5 schools in West Virginia, Pittsburgh, and now the Gophers.

The actual details of today's match? Well, there's not that many. Minnesota's live stats didn't include UB names, but for the most part it doesn't really matter, as UB only won sets in first singles - Tanja Stojanovska? - and first doubles - Dayana Agasieva and Margarita Kotok?. Other than those two spots, only third doubles was really close at all.

I'll update the scores below once I have names. UB stays in Minnesota tomorrow to face Iowa State.
