Buffalo Recruiting

Pallotti's Patterson twins commit to Buffalo Football

We've written before about UB Football alum Justin Winters, he of one of the greatest plays in UB history, he of the St. Vincent Pallotti staff in Maryland, and he who has already seen recruits catch the eye of the current UB staff.

Today, actually before the news of Davonta Jordan's commit to Men's Basketball, Lance Leipold pulled in two commits from the burgeoning Pallotti pipeline in twins James and Jaret Patterson.

Both members of the class of 2017, the Pattersons are key additions to a recruiting class that's been slow to get started. James, an inside linebacker and three-star recruit by 247 (though two-star by their composite), held offers from Eastern Michigan, Kent State, Massachusetts, Navy, Central Florida, and perhaps Army and Toledo, while brother Jaret, a running back on the other side of the ball, drew at least interest from Syracuse.

Today, though UB has locked both in, certainly thanks in at least some part to Winters' presence at Pallotti. They'll join former teammate Justin Mulbah, a true freshman in 2016, in Amherst. Catch some of their highlights below:
