Drew Willy named Shaw CFL Top Performer of the Week

In his Week 6 matchup versus the B.C. Lions, Willy completed 17 of 25 (68 percent) of his passes while throwing for 269 yards and throwing a pair of touchdowns in the Bombers 23-13 victory at Investors Group Field. The 6’4" 221 lbs. pivot displayed his athleticism running for a career-high 72 yards on five rushes (14.4 yards per carry) including a 30-yard scamper in the second quarter. It's Drew's second time winning the award this season.
