In a game that went exactly according to the pregame script, Buffalo dominated as Khalil Mack made some NCAA history on his way to leading the Bulls to a 44-7 victory over Miami.
After a slow first quarter, Buffalo dominated the second, scoring 28 points to go into halftime up 28-0.
Joe Licata started the scoring with a one-yard touchdown pass to Alex Dennison, his first touchdown reception of the year to put Buffalo up 7-0.
Licata finished 20 of 32 for 172 yards with one touchdown and an interception.
Branden Oliver took over from there, rushing for two touchdowns in the second quarter on his way to running for 150 yards on the night.

Filling in for Licata late, sophomore Tony Daniel threw his first career touchdown pass, connecting with Devon Hughes on for an 11-yard touchdown late in the fourth.
With the win, Buffalo improves to 8-3 (6-1) and sets a new school record for most MAC wins in a season with six, surpassing the 2008 Bulls squad that went 5-3 in conference play.
The Bulls now prepare for the Clash at the Ralph where they'll take on Bowling Green with the MAC East title at stak next Friday.
