It’s been a short but fun season... Buffalo has a chance to finish the season ranked but first they are going to have to get by Ball State.
The Cards are hoping to exercise the demons of the 2008 MAC Championship game where the ranked and undefeated Ball State Cardinals last to upstart Buffalo who had to claw their way to the title.
The Bulls are hoping to exercise the demons of the 2018 MAC Championship game where the team, a heavy favorite, blew a seemingly insurmountable lead versus Northern Illinois.
More than that each is hoping to put their mark on an unusual football season.
In less consequential BRuWPeG land Buffalo decided to put in the backups early and the defense was crushing all game long so nobody did particularly well last week.
