How He Came To Buffalo:
Trey came to UB as a grad transfer back before the 2018 season. Previously he had played for South Carolina where he was twice named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2018 - Appeared in five games and made one start on the season, against Akron.
2019 - He’s been behind Trevor Nosworthy this season, so not a lot of opportunity to start but Derouen has been a great depth piece to the line.
Like all the offensive linemen on the two deep Trey has put in a ton of effort to make this team better. He was a solid contributor to the team who will leave UB with a graduate degree in MIS.
