BRuWPEG Chips 18
Get your picks in for UB getting back on track. BRuWPEG, Week 6.

The Buffalo Bulls travel to Kelly/Shorts stadium for a MAC battle against Central Michigan. Weather looks to play a factor. WIll be high 60’s with a high 60’s chance of rain and thunderstorms.

On paper, the Bulls and Chippewas give up the same number of points per game. The Bulls with 24.4 and Chips at 25.2. Bulls giving up 355.2 yards per game to Chips 336.4. The interesting stat is the Chips are only allowing an average of 149 yards in air as compared to Bulls 184.6.

Chips enter the game 1 - 4. Loses to Michigan State, an surprising Kansas team, Kentucky, and NIU. It’s sole win, 17 - 5, over Maine. Surprisingly tied for last in the MAC West with EMU. This game will show who this team really is. NIU is good this year. This is a major statement game for the Chips.

The Bulls need to get back on track. This is a game where UB can get up early. Tyree Jackson needs to get back to the short throws that opened up the offense. The “Bomb” seems to be the go to scheme of the game plan. Let’s hope that Anthony Johnson is back to 100%. He was sorely missed. Bulls needs to stop a five game win streak the Chips have over the Bulls. Last victory for the Bulls was 2004.

Bulls entering this game as a road +7.5 favorite.
