Drew Willy got off to a slow start this past week but he and the bombers got it together and put down the Hamilton Tigercats.
Bombers' win over Ticats gives O'Shea some breathing room - Winnipeg Free Press
By night’s end, Willy had big completion numbers for the third game in a row — 32-42 for 279 yards — that were also, for the third game in a row, a bit deceiving. Paul LaPolice’s offence, with its single-minded focus on very quick and very short passes, is going to flatter statistically any quarterback who lines up under centre for the Bombers this season. But the bottom line is on this night, Willy’s big numbers also finally came with the addition of the only statistic that really matters — two points in the standings.
This week the Bombers will face the Edmonton Eskemoes. The Esks' just activated Natey Adjei off of their practice roster.

Expect running back and kick returner Joe McKnight to sit out Thursday’s game against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers after fumbling twice against the Riders which led to two touchdowns. Receiver Kenzel Doe is expected to handle return duties. National receiver Natey Adjei will likely see his first action of the season. He picked up 68 yards on seven catches in the pre-season.
Last week the Esks' just escaped from Saskatchewan. Roosevelt had a quietish day but is still part of a strong receiving corps for the Riders.

Ricky Collins and Naaman Roosevelt have combined for more than 330 receiving yards and one touchdown while Curtis Steele has seven receptions.
Last week in the days before the game Dillon Guy was added to the 6 week disabled list so Roosevelt will be the only Bull on parade in Saskatchewan this week.

Three more players are headed to the six-game injured list ahead of Friday’s game in Edmonton for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Defensive back Matt Webster, defensive lineman Jonathan Williams, offensive lineman Dillon Guy, and quarterback B.J. Coleman were all added to Saskatchewan’s six-game injured list.
The final game involving the Bulls is Ottawa's match againt Toronto. The Redblacks had Calgary dead to rights last week but a turnover on a drive to put in a go ahead score late in the 4th forced the game into overtime. After two period of OT neither team could take the lead and the game ended in a tie.

"It feels like it’s one we could have had and we let it get away," Redblacks slotback Ernest Jackson said. "Right now, we learn from it and move on toward the next goal."
THey hope to keep that undefeated record alive against Tonorto, tonight.

While the opposition has tried mightily to contain the dynamic Williams that has opened up space for the likes of Greg Ellingson, Brad Sinopoli and Ernest Jackson, all of whom can make an opponent pay for their mistakes at any moment.
