In all of this over the last 24 hours, we haven't really gotten to know much about new UB football coach Lance Leipold, other than the eye-popping success he's had in Division III. In time, we'll have to take a look at his offensive style - many say it's a pro-style setup that would presumably fit Joe Licata well - but for now we're going a hundred miles an hour and haven't had a chance to slow down yet.
Leipold met with the team at 7:15 this morning, so they've gotten to know him. We and the rest of the world get to see him officially as UB head coach in a little over 30 minutes during his introductory press conference, which UB is streaming live and we've hopefully embedded successfully in this post.
