Mitchell Watt - Santa Cruz Warriors
Watt left his team in Israel when was picked up by Golden State to play summer ball by the Golden State Warriors. After the summer league he was signed to a pro contract and played during the NBA preseason but was cut by before the regular season started.
The Warriors put Watt on their NBA Development league team in Santa Cruz.

Javon McCrea - Medi Bayreuth
McCrea signed in Germany shortly after the NBA Draft. McCrea did not play the first couple of games but he has since cracked the starting lineup and leads the team in rebounds and blocks. He is third in points per game and quickly becoming a fan favorite, gracing the cover of the team's game day magazine.
Over the weekend McCrea put up sixteen points and a game-high eight rebounds in a 20 point win over Ludwigsburg. The next game for Medi is this Saturday against Trier.
Josh Freelove - Maine
Freelove signed to play abroad but before he could make an impact in South America he was snatched up in the 5th round of this year's NBA Developmental league draft. He was selected by Maine, the affiliate of the Boston Celtics, and begins his pro career on the road at Oklahoma City on Friday.
