Buffalo Bulls Record Watch

So who can move in in the Books this week?

Dale Zanine-US PRESSWIRE

1 - Branden Oliver

Most people don't see UB scoring too much this week but with 6 new starters in the Ohio State front seven and three DB's out this week Oliver could have an exciting game. BO is just two touchdowns shy of catching Cliff Scott at #6 all time for UB (20). If BO really gets it done and goes over 100 yards he will also tie Anthony Swan for the most 100 yard games in School history (13).

2 - Alex Neutz

If Licata and Neutz find a groove, and I mean a huge groove, Neutz may get the 11 receptions he needs to catch Chris D’Amico with 143 receptions. That would tie him for fifth all time. It far more likely though he will move up in total yards receiving. He has 2070 career yards and needs just 36 passes Rusty Knapp (6th) and 120 to catch Brett Hamlin (5th).

The 110 yard game he would need to catch Hamlin would also tie him with Jamie Gasparre for 4th all time in 100 yard games.

3 - Khalil Mack

Mack already owns UB's all time TFL record and is 19 shy of the all time NCAA record. It would be nice to see a little movement towards that goal against the best offensive line UB will face. His 18 sacks sit at 5th all time at UB just a half sack behind Steven Means and on behind Trevor Scott. If Mack is in beast mode he may pass both of them.

4- Najja Johnson

Johnson will move into the top thn in multiple categories this year but he is already #9 total passes defended UB's cover corner is one behind Dave Short, and two behind Josh Thomas who now plays with the Carolina Panthers.
