Buffalo Bulls Vs. Kent State Golden Flashes Game Preview

NCAA Football: Buffalo at Army Danny Wild-USA TODAY Sports

The Buffalo Bulls are heading to Kent State to take on the Golden Flashes in a must win conference game. The Bulls are without their quarterback Tyree Jackson who is out with a leg injury. Drew Anderson will be under center for UB and he will be in for a good game after a strong second half in last weeks win against FAU. Here’s what to look for in this week.

What To Watch For

QB Play

Can Drew Anderson play consistent for the Bulls? I expect a lot of runs for UB this week with Jackson out.

Will the Defense Stop Kent

Kent is not a strong team this year. Look for the Bulls to stop Kent in there tracks and dominant the game on the defense side of the ball.

Can the Bulls win a must win?

I hate to call games must wins but if we want to go bowling, we need to win this game. I’m hoping for a dominate performance at all ends that leads to an easy win.

Final Thoughts

This was a short preview because of a time crunch as well as lack of research on the Flashes. What I do know is that the Bulls have always been ranked above KSU and for that, I expect a win. If the Bulls lose this, bowling will not happen. So expect an exciting game and a fun celebration after.
