And Just like That Steve Geltz is ready to show that his suspension for recreational pot use will not derail his career. It's fitting that one of his first games back was in Buffalo, against the Bisons.
Being a local product Geltz was of course approached by the media regarding his 50 game suspension and handled the sensitive subject with grace.

Geltz just returned to the Durham lineup on June 26 after serving a 50-game suspension from the Commissioner’s Office due to a second positive test for a "drug of abuse" under the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program. He admitted to this corner the suspension was for offseason recreational use of marijuana.
