After about a one month hiatus for Christmas and New Years, John and Matt return to catch up on the last month or so of wrestling including 3 dual meets and a major tournament. We'll also be discussing the start of the Track and Field season which started this past week at the Southern Tier Invitational hosted by Cornell.
