Buffalo Bulls Get Approval For Their 18 Million Dollar Fieldhouse

For more than a decade UB has been trying to get an indoor fieldhouse built for the Bulls.

Through a mix of donations and athletic department revenue, they have the funding, and actually have had it for six months.

Now they have approval from the state to begin the project. In about three months the school will have lined up a general contractor and the prep work will start, just in time for football season.

The fieldhouse will include a 90,000-square-foot indoor practice facility with a full-length turf athletic field and a three-lane track that runs along one side. Its proposed location is just north of UB Stadium on the Amherst campus.
