Former Bull Kourtney Brown had been a graduate assistant coach at Louisiana Tech, and the move to Director of Basketball Operations is a promotion for her. So she survives the coaching change after Tyler Summitt resigned and Brooke Stoehr was named head coach. Brown was an assistant coach at UB for three years, and is the UB all-time leading scorer, rebounder and shot-blocker

Former UB WBB assistant Bernitha Johnson is no longer listed on the coaching staff. She was an assistant under Summitt last year.

Another former Bull, Alexus Malone, is on the roster, she will begin her junior season after transferring from Buffalo and sitting out last season.
