The Buffalo Bulls baseball team continues their season opening tournament in Davidson, North Carolina. Today thay too on the host school, Davidson College. Against the Wildcats UB lost the game by a score of 5 to 0.
Now 0-2 on the year Ron Torgalski's Bulls are still looking for their first run of the season.

For the second game in a row the Bulls were already behind after the first inning. UB got to two outs with a man on first then Brandon Mumaw, in his first action as a Bull gave up an RBI double which put UB down 1-0.
Mumaw would buckle down for the next two innings, allowing just one Davidson batter to get on base.
In the fourth Davidson got a lead off walk and then a homer to pad their lead to 3-0.
The Wildcats added two more runs in the eight as insurance. Mike Kaelin hit a batter to lead off the inning Davidson moved him to second with a sacrifice hit. Back to back doubles by Miller and Robertson finished the scoring for the day.

Ben Vey, in as a designated hitter, was two for three and drew a walk. Outside of Vey The Bulls only manged three hits and drew only three walks.
The Bulls will finish their weekend tomorrow at 10:00 am against the Marist Red Foxes.
