The CFL regular season has kicked off and for one former Buffalo Bull it was a night to remember.

It took Henry Burris awhile to get moving but eventually the Ottawa quarterback got on track took the REDBLACK's to a come from behind victory. His favorite target was Ernest Jackson, the former UB receiver. Jackson finished the game with 7 receptions for 74 yards and one touchdown.

TSN named EJ the player of the game for his effort.

Montreal marched down the field on the games opening drive taking only eight plays to move from their 33 yard line into the end zone. Ottawa's offense could do little in the first half. They cut the lead to 6-5 by scoring a safety and a field goal but still limped into the half down 13-5.

In the third quarter Burris hit Jackson for the first touchdown of Ottawa's 2015 season. Down two points after the score, the REDBLACKS opted to go for two. Burris got around the corner and, upon further review, reached for the end zone to tie the game 13-13.

After an interception Ottawa rolled off a Seven play, 64 yard drive capped off with a six yard Jeremiah Johnson touchdown run.

Next week the REDBLACKS return home on a high as they prepare to host Jackson's former team, the BC Lions, at TD Place while the Als regroup to host the defending Grey Cup Champion Clagary Stampeders with a quarterback situation that is far from solved,
