Buffalo Offers Patrick Daugherty, Defensive End out of Aurora Ohio

Athlete_68330_profile_mediumBuffalo has offered a scholarship to Patrick Daugherty, a standout defensive lineman out of Aurora High School, the same school as linebacker Zach Smierciak who also holds an offer from Coach Quinn. The offer is only noted by scouting Ohio.

Patrick was a First team all conference, all district honorable mention last season. On the year the 6-5 Daugherty recorded 78 tackles (25 solo), fourteen tackles for a loss and five sacks.

On offense he works on the line as a tackle but most teams who are looking at him are recruiting him as a defensive end. Between his height, and the fact he already is at 250, with a frame that can clearly hold more, pounds he will easily fit the mold of UB's current ends.

The senior is also getting attention from other teams in the Mid American Conference. He is reportedly holding offers from Toledo, Akron, Ball State, and Bowling Green.

Daugherty and all known Buffalo offers, can be seen on the Bull Run targets page (here)
