Bulls Use Another Strong Second Half to Beat WMU - Buffalo Athletics
For the second straight game on its roadtrip out west, the Buffalo men's basketball team put together a dominating second half to come back and win a crucial conference matchup. Bowling Green 70, Toledo 64: Apostrolypse Now - Hustle Belt
It was a true tennis match from start to just-near-the-finish, since there were nine ties and 12 lead changes. In the free throw denouement, UB drained many of their given one-point shots and that's what made the score look blowoutish. But WMU was quite adept at responding to the visitors' challenge, and that's why Flenard Whitfield, Demetrius Ward, and Juwan Howard Jr. all finished with 21. It also might've helped just a tad that Bulls forward/center Mitchell Watt's minutes landed in the teens thanks to foul trouble — and he bowed out with four minutes to play with his fifth whistle.

Is USF putting up a Big East road block for UCF? - OrlandoSentinel.com
once again, it seems, USF could be playing petty politics in order to keep UCF down. Not that we should be surprised. We've certainly seen it before when USF ended a perfectly good football rivalry between the two schools because the Bulls felt they were above playing the Knights. Instead, they play opponents like Wofford and Stony Brook, robbing fans of a raucous rivalry that would make a lot of money and stir a lot of passion for both schools.
