The 2019 NFL draft is around the corner and there is not one, not two, not three, but potentially four Bulls that could be picked up by an NFL team.
The entire draft can be watch on ESPN+
Some of you may still have it from last season, and some may not.
If you have not signed up for ESPN+ **please use this link to do so**, as it identifies Bull Run as the site which referred you to the service.
Anyway with that shameless plug out of the way onto the draft.
This years draft starts on the 25th at 8:00PM eastern time. The first round will be held on Thursday, followed by the second and third rounds on April 26, and rounds 4–7 on April 27.
So who are we watching for? (as always some sites will project differently than others, I just poked around to see what’s out there)
- Tyree Jackson - There was a ton of buzz early but some of that has faded. He’s being pegged as about the 10th quarterback taken this year which would put him as a day three pick, in the early fourth round.
- Anthony Johnson - Most sites project Johnson as a day two pick, going sometime in the third round but he could surprise and go sooner.
- Khalil Hodge - A lot of sites are listing Hodge as a late day three pick or an UDFA but I have this sneaking feeling he’s going to climb from the 6th/7th round to the 3rd/4th round.
- James O’Hagan - Because of the quality of this years senior class the UB center has not gotten the Buzz he would in a typical year. If O’Hagan gets drafted it will be on day three, probably in the 6th or 7th round. If he does not get drafted he will almost certainly be one of the first UDFA linemen called by a host of NFL teams.
