After several quiet weeks on the recruiting trail UB secured a commitment from JUCO offensive lineman Connor Morehart, a six foot four inch 315 pound behemoth out of Nassau Community College.

Coming out of high school Connor had early offers from Rutgers and Massachusetts and was expecting them from several ACC and Big Ten Schools, but rather than wait committed to Temple.
Part of the reason he went to Temple was for the opportunity to play defensive line. Most teams considering him after prep school were looking at Morehart as an offensive lineman.
This time around Morehart picked Buffalo over scholarship offers from programs such as Illinois, Georgia State, and Southern Miss. He is coming to Buffalo as an offensive lineman after all.
