Tim McVey: Athlete from from St. Ignatius verbals to Buffalo

Another prospect has give a verbal commitment to Buffalo. This time it's Tim McVey from St. Ignatius high school in Cleveland Ohio. The verbal, first reported by Eddie Dwyer on the webpage for St. Ignatius, brings the Bull Run recruting map up to five.

In the story Dwyer states that McVeigh fell in love with everything about UB.

The 5-foot-10, 185-pound McVey, who rushed for 1,302 yards and 15 touchdowns en route to garnering 2011 first-team All-Northeast Lakes District honors as an "athlete" and third-team Associated Press All-Ohio recognition as a tailback, said there was nothing he didn't like about the University at Buffalo. -- Eddie Dwyer

While McVey's big numbers are on offense UB sees in Tim a possible strong safety. On defense McVey racked up 24 tackles, eighteen solo, six tackles for losses, four sacks, a safety, and four quarterback hurries.

He is also an electric special teams player. Blocking a kick and returning 13 kickoffs for 406 yards and two touchdowns last season.
