St. Joe's was disappointing to say the least. There were few improvements until very late in the game where UB kept pace with the Hawks. This time around, UB will be taking on North Carolina A&T for the first round of the Naismith Hall of Fame Tip Off. UB has a chance to win a championship here as they were placed into the Springfield bracket which has teams that should be worse than us by quite a margin.
Quick Facts
Opponent: North Carolina A&T

This is a good game to get Buffalo back on track. There's no reason to not go out and dominate this one.

The biggest problem that NC A&T has is the three ball on both sides. They can't shoot it and they can't protect from it. 49% of three point shots are made against them. Let's just say that the defense is non existent as well since they are giving up 92 points per game to their opponent. I think we can all agree that this is one of the bottom feeders in division one.
Notable Opponents
- Lost to #23 Purdue (Naismith Tip Off Participant)
- Lost to Florida (Naismith Tip Off Participant)
- Lost to Division III Roanoke
- Virginia Tech (Plays Iowa State, St. Joes, and Duke)
- Toledo

Can We Win?
This is a team that would have only a handful of wins if they weren't in a conference like the MEAC. This game should serve as a confidence booster for UB to get their act together and play better. If we lose, this season is going to be a tough one to stomach.
