Buffalo has never had a 10 win season, that’s what they can accomplish tonight if the can beat the Ohio Bobcats in Athens.

Well that and they Will clinch the division.

Winning in Ohio is going to be a task. Ohio is still in contention for the MAC East and needs this game more than Buffalo. Not only are the Bobcats a good team in their own right this season (Ohio is still in contention for the MAC East), but in this series the home team has won each of the last eight meetings in the series.

The last time a team in this series won on the road was 2009, the last time Buffalo won in Ohio was 2008. Coincidentally that’s also the last year they won the MAC East.

The Bulls are 9-1 overall, 6-0 in the MAC and are coming off a 48-14 win over Kent State last Tuesday night. while Ohio is 6-4 overall, 4-2 in the MAC and is coming off a 30-28 loss at Miami (OH) Wednesday night.

The Bobcats are led by quarterback Nathan Rourke who has thrown for 1,932 yards and 19 touchdowns and rushed for 653 yards and eight scores on the season. He is very dangerous with his feet and will be a real test for Khalil Hodge and the font seven of UB’s defense.

The other Ohio skill positions to worry about are running back, A.J. Ouellette and big play wide out Papi White.

The Bulls can win this game, and they have every reason to. With Miami knocking Ohio off last week the pressure for this game is all on the Bobcats, and the Bulls need to take advantage of that by getting up early, and forcing the Bobcats to make mistakes.

Prediction - Buffalo 35, Ohio 21
