We’re still about a month away from the start of the UB Men’s Basketball regular season, but that hasn’t stopped coach Nate Oats and his staff from hitting the recruiting trail. Earlier this afternoon Oats pulled in a verbal commitment from JUCO wing Sean Miller-Moore of Moberly Area Community College in Missouri.

In his freshman season at Moberly, Miller-Moore averaged 10.1 points per game and 6.5 rebounds per game while starting 21 of Moberly’s 31 games. Miller-Moore scored a season high 26 points on 12 of 18 shooting while snagging a season high 15 rebounds against State Fair.

The 6-5, 190 pound Miller-Moore will be making a bit of a homecoming when he arrives in Amherst, as he is originally from Brampton, Ontario, the same hometown of former UB sharpshooter Jarryn Skeete.

Miller-Moore will be joining fellow 2019 JUCO commit Andre Allen.
