The Rundown
Today in Bull: After a very busy Saturday all the action you get today is the Baseball team. The Bulls take on Marist, still looking for their first win of the year.
Use the rundown as a gamethread for baseball.
Yesterday's News: The men and women each made Alumni Arena a very happy place yesterday. The boys downed bowling green in the first game and that was followed up by the women's team taking down Miami.
Tennis had mixed results. The Men beat Cleveland State at home while the ladies lost on the road to West Virginia.
Track competed at Cornell and the UB NCHA hockey team (Division III) won their playoff game, 3-1, against Saint John Fisher. True Blue showed up and rattled the SJF fans.
Baseball got blanked versus Davidson.
From the Fanshots: Taw Jackson found a fun link about our best rivals.
On the Docket: Later in the day there will be a recap of today's baseball action along with some takeaways from the basketball games.
Elsewhere:
Finally the Internet has produced something nearly as good as Bull Run! The Western New York Fish Fry Map.
I know they are really big because of Lent but as someone who no longer lives in WNY I can tell you that they are good eats.
Battered haddock and cod fish fry is one of the trademarks of upstate New York cuisine. Most really good restaurants in serve a fish fry on Friday, even outside Lent.
I hear they are very good on a Saturday Night!
