The title of today's open thread has a bit of a double meaning: there's a little on the UB front today before a very busy weekend, and for those of you on the Eastern seaboard it's the calm before winter storm Jonas will dump a mound of snow.

Yesterday's News: Women's Basketball fell at home to WMU 92-78, turnovers and foul trouble doomed the Bulls after a strong 1st quarter. Tim, Matt, Drew and myself had takeaways from men's hoops' win over Miami. Matt also highlighted incoming football recruit Tyreek Williams.
From the Fanshots: Men's tennis swept MAC player of the week awards.
On the Docket: Takeaways from yesterday's women's basketball game will be posted this afternoon. I'll have a preview up for wrestling's home match against Old Dominion tomorrow later this morning.
