Opponent Result Record Conference Record
Albany L 37 - 0 vs Villanova 2-5 CAA 1-3

Villanova demolishes UAlbany football 37-0 - College Sports
Villanova quarterback Zach Bednarczyk completed all 12 of his pass attempts for 152 yards and a pair of touchdowns and the University at Albany continued to plummet with a 37-0 loss at Casey Stadium this afternoon.

Penn State L 38 - 10 at Ohio 5-2 B1G 2-1

A Fitting End: Ohio State 38, Penn State 10 - Black Shoe Diaries
After watching this game, I was left with two possibilities, and I see each of them as equally likely. The first is that Ohio State isn't actually the best team in the country. The second is that Penn State is painfully close to being right up there with them. The truth almost certainly lies in between, but what makes tonight's loss so frustrating is that unlike some of the middling opponents who have hung with the Buckeyes in recent weeks, Penn State deserved to be in a close one.

Florida Atlantic L 33 - 17 vs Marshall 2-4 CUSA 1-2

Marshall Thundering Herd Stampedes Over Florida Atlatnic 33-17, Owls Now 1-5 - Underdog Dynasty
Marshall Thundering Herd (6-1, 3-0) beat FAU (1-5, 1-2) 33-17 Saturday afternoon to remain undefeated in conference play. Like last year, FAU was unable to stop Marshall's rushing attack, allowing three different running backs to rush for more than 60 yards as Marshall would finish the game with 326 rushing yards.

Nevada L 28 - 21 at Wyoming 3-4 MWC 1-2

Nevada vs. Wyoming final score: Wolf Pack's comeback falls short as they fall to Cowboys, 28-21 - Mountain West Connection
The Wolf Pack put up a valiant effort in an attempt to come back from a 21-point deficit on the road but it was not enough as Nevada fell to the Wyoming Cowboys 28-21 on Saturday afternoon thus giving the Cowboys their first win of the 2015 season and snapped their nine game losing streak.

Bowling Green W 59 - 10 vs Akron 5-2 MAC 3-0

FalconBlog--Triumphs and Trials in the BGSU Falcon Nation: Sweet Victory #5: The Recap
There's something more to it though, based on what we saw.  Akron has one of the better defenses in the MAC and the BG offense just demolished them.  With that kind of point total getting racked up, Akron can't run anymore, which makes them one-dimensional and easier to defend and then when you are getting a blocked punt, a recovered kickoff and a huge kickoff return, that just makes the mountain even higher.

CMU W 51 - 14 vs Buffalo 3-4 MAC 1-2

Central Michigan Chippewas vs Buffalo Bulls football recap: The Good, Bad, and the Ugly - Bull Run
No one wants to talk about this game, unsurprisingly, but seeing how there's no material for a Vine Recap, and I'm uncertain of John's availability for a more in-depth post tomorrow, we should at least get more than a instant recap up.

Ohio L 49 - 14 vs WMU 5-2 MAC 2-1

Western Michigan Broncos vs Ohio Bobcats football recap: Broncos run all over the Bobcats 49-14 - Hustle Belt
WMU dominated the second half of Saturday's contest in all facets of the game, blowing out one of the MAC's best defensive teams by a score of 49-14. But it wasn't always domination on offense for the Broncos. The first half was largely dominated by defensive play from both football teams, with the end of the first quarter yielding a score of 0-0. In fact, neither team crossed the 50 yard line until well into the second quarter. It was late in that second quarter that both offenses began to find their bearings, scoring 21 total points in the final 3:33 of the half.

Miami L 45 - 12 vs NIU 1-5 MAC 0-2

Northern Illinois Huskies vs. Miami RedHawks football recap: Bouagnon, Huskies run past Miami 45-12 - Hustle Belt
Well, this one was over after the first quarter of play. The Northern Illinois Huskies (4-3, 2-0 MAC) put up 21 points in the first 14 minutes on their way to a 45-12 victory over the Miami RedHawks (1-6, 0-3 MAC), who lost their sixth consecutive game.

Kent W 15 - 10 at UMass 3-4 MAC 2-1

UMass Falls to Kent State in Homecoming Clunker
The Minutemen (1-5) had their chances. Their defense, which allowed more than 700 yards and 62 points to Bowling Green last week, allowed only 13 points to Kent State and forced eight punts. Yet UMass’ offense failed to complement the defensive resurgence. The Minutemen, who entered the game as the favorite, were instead on the wrong end of Kent State's first road victory since 2013.
