It's Only Halftime, But.....

Bulls need to get it going

WEST POINT----Army leads Buffalo 21 to 3 at the half, and it could be worse.  The Knights have eight penalties for 65 yards.  Things started well for the Bulls as they recovered an Army fumble on the third play of the game and took a 3-0 on a Patrick Clarke 22 yard FG.

Army has had five possessions and has scored three touchdowns; the Bulls have had the ball four times.   Offensively, Army has rushed 27 times for 147 yards and has completed 6 of 6 passes for 96 yards.   Buffalo has rushed 17 times for 74 yards and Joe Licata is 8 of 15 for 81 yards and one HUGE interception which lead to Army's third touchdown right before the half.  Before the pick, Licata was making good decisions; three of his seven incompletions were wise throwaways.

The good news is that 30 minutes remain and the Bulls get the ball first.
