Army Stanford 35 - Army 0 1-1 FBS IND - at Wake Forest

Army vs. Stanford Final Score: An Accurately Predicted Throttling, Good Job Vegas - Underdog Dynasty
Army was unable to move the ball, as they only had one drive that went more than 50 yards. QB Angel Santiago played for 3 quarters and was benched in favor for A.J. Schurr, who led the team in rushing with 65 yards in less than one quarter of play. Stanford was able to limit Army to less than 200 yards rushing and only 9 yards passing. Larry Dixon showed bursts of acceleration but was held to 60 yards. Terry Baggett was limited to just 28 yards on 6 carries.

Baylor Baylor 63 - Buffalo 21 3-0 B12 0-0 Bye

Baylor cruises past Buffalo on the road 63-21 - Our Daily Bears
Focusing for a moment on the good -- Bryce Petty is healthy, our young receivers are as still as good as we thought, and we didn't have any major injuries that I saw in this game. Hopefully we come out of it a better team overall for the trouble, and none of us ever have to listen to Danny Kanell spend 20 minutes trying to fashion ridiculous scenarios where an undefeated Big 12 team misses the CFB Playoff again. Because that was easily the worst part of the entire game.

Norfolk St. W&M 29 - Norfolk 14 0-3 MEAC 0-0 at Buffalo

Norfolk State Spartans vs. William & Mary Tribe - Recap - September 13, 2014 - ESPN
Terry Polk ran for Norfolk State's other touchdown in the fourth, set up by Lynden Trail's blocked punt.

Miami Michigan 34 - Miami 10 0-2 MAC 0-0 at Cincinnati

Michigan fights through first half struggles, defeats Miami 34-10 - Maize n Brew
The Wolverines (2-1, 2-0 at home) fought off an anemic first half performance to defeat Miami (0-2) 34-10 at Michigan Stadium on Saturday. Michigan's running game was once again the difference-maker in this contest, gaining 276-yards on the ground. Sophomore running back Derrick Green led the way with 137-yards and two touchdowns on the ground.

BGSU BG 45 - Indiana 42 2-1 MAC 0-0 at Wisconsin

FalconBlog--Triumphs and Trials in the BGSU Falcon Nation: Sweet Victory #2: G-O...G-O
Things had clearly not gotten off to a great start this year, but to think you could lose by 28 at WKU, lose your All-MAC QB and then end up with your first Big 10 win in your stadium only 15 days later...that's a hell of a moment for this program.

EMU ODU 17 - EMU 3 1-2 MAC 0-0 at Michigan State

Old Dominion vs. Eastern Michigan Final Score: Eagles Fall 17-3 - Hustle Belt
For what everybody predicted, this was a fairly low-scoring game, and the Eagles were never really "out of it" until time was against them. But that's a moral victory, and moral victories don't matter in the grand scheme of things.

CMU Syracuse 40 - CMU 3 2-0 MAC 0-0 at Kansas

Recap: Syracuse Dominates Central Michigan, Wins by Score of 40-3 - Troy Nunes Is An Absolute Magician
The Syracuse Orange looked incredibly shaky in their season-opening victory over the Villanova Wildcats, so it's understandable that expectations would be tempered for their week three matchup with the Central Michigan Chippewas. And yet, Syracuse went on the road and picked up a resounding victory this afternoon, beating Central Michigan by a score of 40-3 in a game that honestly could have been even more lopsided than that.

Ohio Marshall 44 - Ohio 14 1-2 MAC 1-0 vs Idaho

Ohio Bobcats vs. Marshall Thundering Herd Game Recap: Bobcats Trampled 44-14 - Hustle Belt
My first thought while watching Ohio get completely dismantled by the Marshall Thundering Herd, 44-14, was that it's a good thing this game was played in Huntington, because a performance like this from the Bobcats at Peden would make it difficult for the fans to even hang around until half time.

Akron Bye 1-1 MAC 0-0 vs Marshall

Football Game with Marshall to Kick Off at 2 p.m. on ESPN3: Akron Athletics -
Akron's football game with Marshall on Saturday, Sept. 20, will kick off at 2 p.m. at InfoCision Stadium—Summa Field. ESPN3 will televise the game.

Kent Ohio State 66 - Kent 0 0-3 MAC 0-1 Bye

Ohio State vs. Kent State final score: 3 things we learned from OSU's 66-0 win - Land-Grant Holy Land
This one was in the books long before the final whistle. The Buckeyes jumped out to an early lead, and refused to take their feet off the gas during the first half. Going into the break, OSU led 45-0, a margin that only got bigger in the 2nd half.

UMass Vanderbilt 34 - UMass 31 0-3 MAC 0-0 at Penn State

Crisis Averted: Vanderbilt Defense, Patton Robinette Rally Commodores to a 34-31 Win Over UMass - Anchor Of Gold
The Vanderbilt defense struggled to contain UMass, but Derek Mason's team found strength when they needed to and held the Minutemen scoreless over the final 25 minutes. That was enough time to give Patton Robinette and a slowly-improving Commodore offense the opportunity to win their first game of 2014. Massachusetts got out to a 14-0 head start and led this game 31-20 with nine minutes left to play, but the 'Dores came back strong to post a 34-31 win over their non-conference foe.
