Because College Baseball starts in February, the northern teams typically spend the first half of the season, and the lion's share of their non conference slate, on the road. Well this season the winter weather is playing merry hobb with that plan.
UB's Friday opener at Davidson has already been scratched as the teams try to deal with this....
Currently both schools are trying to figure out how to get this weekend's three scheduled games in. A double header Saturday would be preferred but at this point a Sunday double date has not been ruled out.
If the Bulls do face off for three it will be McGee, Magovney, and Burke getting the starts for Buffalo.
If the Bulls can not get games in this weekend they will open up next Friday at Norfolk St. When things are set Bull Run will Pin up a "Series Open Thread".
