Brought to you by Wiki: Three Bulls hail from Detroit's Cass Technical High. The school was named after Lewis Cass. Cass was born in New Hampshire, spent his young adult life in Ohio but became Governor of the Michigan Territory after fighting in the War of 1812. Of course Cass was in Detroit when the US surrendered without a fight, the British gaining a key port, then focused their attention on another border town, Buffalo, New York, culminating ultimately in the burning of both Toronto and Buffalo.
