2011 Highlights: UB finished 3-3 at UB Stadium the best games coming in October; Buffalo's thrilling one-point victory over Ohio and the one-point almost comeback loss to Northern Illinois.

2012 Highlights: For only the second time in UB stadium history (2007-2008) UB won 50% or more of their home games in back to back seasons. UB finished 3-3 at home as Joe Licata led UB to back-to-back victories at the end of a four game homestand over Miami and Western Michigan.

2013 Outlook: If they can past UConn, Buffalo could double the UB Stadium record for consecutive home games. The record stands at 3, but the first 4 home games are winnable against: Stony Brook, UConn , EMU and UMass. UB finishes their home schedule against a team they always play well against in Amherst: the Ohio Bobcats.

Players To Watch:
QB: Joe Licata is 3-1 as a starter and despite only a few games of experience is entering his third year at UB. His experience on the 2nd team should help his rapport with non-Alex Neutz receivers.

RB: Branden Oliver returns from injury, two years ago he put up crazy numbers, and when healthy last year, he looked able to double those numbers, will leave as the best RB in UB history if he can play all 12 games.

WR: Alex Neutz was the best receiver in the MAC with poor QB play, inconsistent run game and no help from the receiving corps. He may get all three of those things in 2013, watch out.

DT: Colby Way strong and fast for a defensive tackle, can hopefully use his size to be UB's JJ Watt this year

OLB: Khalil Mack with a good season could be MAC player of the year and a 1st round draft pick.

CBs: Lester & Johnson look to be the shutdown corners that give Khalil Mack the time and space to become the MAC defensive player of the year.
