Ohio State-Illinois final score: Lackluster Bucks survive and advance, 60-35 - Land-Grant Holy Land
The Ohio State Buckeyes, sitting in third place in the BCS, and looking up at two unbeatens, could not afford to simply win the 2013 Illibuck, but needed to humiliate Tim Beckman and the Illinois Fighting Illini on their own field. Humiliation was not in the cards for the Buckeyes until late, battling all day with a never-say-die opponent, and eventually outlasting the Illini, 60-35 on the strength of a career day by Carlos Hyde.

Baylor W 63-34 at Texas Tech 9 0 Big 12 6 0 at Ok State

Still Perfect: Baylor runs away from Texas Tech 63-34 - Our Daily Bears
Despite injuries to 3 of our top 4 offensive players coming into this game, Baylor managed to top the 60-point mark for the 6th time this season. Nobody else has more than 3. We also piled up 675 yards of offense, 11 off our season average. What looked like a close shootout headed into the half turned into a snoozefest down the stretch, as the Baylor defense held Tech to just 154 total yards and 7 points in the second half.

English, while an intense competitor, did not seem like he could fall to these depths. I’m sure he dressed his team down on several occasions. But to use homophobic slurs, to call them quitters and complainers, no, I have to say I did not see that coming. What he said was reprehensible. When he said it completely boggles the mind. In the words of Army Counselor Joseph Welch to Senator Joseph McCarthy, "Have you no sense of decency, sir?"

Bowling Green Pitches 49-0 Shutout Versus Ohio - Hustle Belt
It just got worse for Ohio from there. Their next two drives ended much as their first two did -- three plays and no first down. OU punted after each, and Bowling Green drove down-field and scored after each. Up 14-0, BGSU drove 72 yards in 11 plays for their third touchdown. Greene ran five times for 26 yards while Johnson ran twice for 17. Johnson also completed two more balls to Joplin for 14 yards each. On 3rd-and-goal from the 1, William Houston performed his specialty and plowed into the end zone for his ninth rushing touchdown of the season.

BG stepped on OU and stepped on them hard, scoring twice in the first three minutes to go up 14-0, romping to a 49-0 win and closing with the shut out. Unbelievably, in the six quarters since halftime at Buffalo, they have been outscored 72-0. Equally unbelievable is that since the UT game, BG has outscored its opponents 94-3. In all cases, these are conference games.
