The MAC released their conference pairings and the locations this week. The out of conference slate, which has been set for some time, has UB traveling to Ohio State and Baylor while hosting UConn and championship subdivision opponent Stony Brook.
In MAC play UB will host Eastern Michigan, Bowling Green, Ohio, and UMass. Buffalo will travel to Toledo, Western Michigan, Kent State, and Miami.
It's probably the easiest MAC slate UB has had in a couple of seasons. Four wins in conference (UMass, WMU, Miami, EMU) should be the low bar but, as we have seen, sometimes teams manage to limbo in under the bar. We have Ohio at home, where the Bulls seem to play the Bobcats well within the confines of UB stadium.
Overall five Bowl teams plus Ohio State who would have been in a a BCS bowl, if not the national championship, except for their bowl ban.
