Know your Bulls is a countdown to the kick off. If will look at every single UB football player on the roster. When the players number matches the number of days remaining then it's his turn in the spotlight.

Position: Defensive Back

From: Greenville, South Carolina

Shared Starting Duties Last season

Even as a freshman Houston seemed to be getting groomed to be a force in the future backfield at UB. In 2010 Domonic Cook was moved over to corner and Houston moved to safety.

By the time 2011 was Over Okoye Houston had secured his place in UB starting lineup. The then sophomore made 35 tackles (24 solo, one for loss) and broke up three passes. Now he is among the players trying to rebuild a defenive backfield that has never quite recovered from losing the likes of Mike Newton, Davonte Shannon, Josh Thomas, and Domonic Cook.

At six feet tall and more than 200 ponds Houston is an extremely physical strong safety who will share time with Isaac Baugh this year.
