Know Your Bulls: #49 Boomer Brock and Keith Takeh

Keith Takeh Boomer Brock

Know your Bulls is a countdown to the kick off. If will look at every single UB football player on the roster. When the players number matches the number of days remaining then it's his turn in the spotlight.

Keith Takeh

Position: Defensive Back

From: Hollywood, Florida

Played in 3 games and worked with the scout team

Keith Takeh was one of the last times Turner Gill dipped his toes in the recruiting waters of Florida while coaching at Buffalo. At the time he and his Brother, Charles Takeh. Unfortunately his Brother's verbal did not hold up and Charles went on to play for Georgetown.

Keith, however made it to Buffalo where he has been used on the scout team and is beginning to see the field. Takeh is a young player, just a Sophomore, so as he develops further he may begin to work his way into more playing time.

Boomer Brock

Position: Full Back

From: Elma, New York

Used a red shirt last season

Boomer Brock walked on as a Fullback, something that at one point the UB coaching staff convinced the fan base we no longer needed.

The Offensive unit that was a "no full back zone" had been run by Greg Forrest, who was relived after one season of terrible results. Brock, and converted lineman Rashad Jean are the two players looking to reestablish the position on the Bulls offense.

Coming out of spring ball Jean won out and Brock is the backup full back.
