Know your Bulls is a countdown to the kick off. If will look at every single UB football player on the roster. When the players number matches the number of days remaining then it's his turn in the spotlight.

Position: Linebacker

From: Decatur, Georgia

Played in five games last season

Roberson, signed in 2010, came from Avondale high school. His senior season he notched 66 tackles, seven sacks, two forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, and an interception. His effort was a big part of the Blue Devils run into to the playoffs.

He has not had a chance to really show his ability to create turnovers yet. He used his red shirt in 2010 and played in only a hand-full of games last season. With the depth on UB's line backing corps it's likely he will once again be on the scout team and get spot duty as needed.

He's 6-1 and 231, a good enough size for an outside line backer but the only big change this year will be Scott Pettigrew taking over for Fred Branch, on the inside. There is definitely a need for a ball hawk on special teams, if he gets more time this season that's where it will be.
