Talking Bull: It's Hockey Time!

Don't want to wait until 2012 to see UB play Kent in something? No problem go to this weekends UB Hockey Games!

UB Ice Bulls : OPENING WEEKEND - The Bulls will open their season this weekend with home games versus Kent State University on Friday and Saturday at 8:25 PM. On Friday, the first 20 fans in attendance will receive a free UB Hockey t-shirt. MILESTONES: Forward Scott Mack (Jr)needs two games to reach 50 for his career.

Side Note: I'd really, really like to find someone to come on and write about the Hockey Team... I am just not going to have the time this season. With the Baby, a new job, and all the other work required by this sites membership in SBNation I won't find time for the coverage I'd like them to have. If you're interested in doing something / anything with Hockey (can just be funny fan shots, highlights, stories) send me an email at ubbullrun (at)

Morning Tailgate: Conference Realignment Continues, And Here's What We Know Right Now -
At about 5:00 p.m. CT yesterday, I tweeted this in regard to the news of Oklahoma's list of "demands" for staying in the Big 12 ("Fire Dan Beebe," etc.) and the assumption by some that if they're willing to stay in the Big 12, they must have been turned away by the Pac-12:
