- Name: Mason Schreck
- Position:QB
- Ratings: Scout (**)
- High School: Medina Senior High
"People say when you walk on a campus for the first time and it feels good right then and there, then it's the place for you,. I got that feeling when I visited Buffalo.'' -- Mason Schreck
Schreck threw for 677 yards and eight touchdowns last season. Like many of this seasons recruits Schreck brought up academics as his top reason for choosing UB.
"I'm going to Buffalo and compete the best I can. Buffalo has a great program in both majors (archtecture and business) and not too many people know that. It's great to be going there on scholarship but the main reason I'm going is to get an education.''
His numbers are not mind blowing, particularly his completion percentage which was well below 50% but his physical attributes and his attitude were enough to garners a lot of interest. He earned him offers from Buffalo and Toledo as well as interest from several other schools.
