BUFFALO, NY (UB Athletics) – The University at Buffalo men’s basketball team will host Milwaukee of the Horizon League in an ESPNU BracketBuster matchup on February 19. However, the game was not selected to be televised.
Milwaukee is 12-11 overall and has a 7-5 record in the Horizon League to rank fifth in the conference. The Panthers have won three straight games and have wins over Niagara, Bowling Green and a pair of victories over Butler this season. Milwaukee has three players averaging in double-figures, led by Anthony Hill who is scoring 13.6 points per game.

Milwaukee is the third Horizon League team the Bulls will face this season. Buffalo lost at Youngstown State on Nov. 16 and defeated Green Bay on Dec. 11. It will be the fourth meeting between the schools with the Bulls winning the previous three. The teams last played during the 1977-78 season.

This season marks the eighth year the Bulls will participate in BracketBusters weekend. The Bulls hold a 4-3 record in the event. This is just the third time in eight years Buffalo will host a BracketBuster game.

A tip-off time for the game has yet to be determined. Winners of five straight, the Bulls will host Toledo on Wednesday night at Alumni Arena.
