With the late seasons football schedules (read weeknight games) behind me and some support on basketball I can turn my attention back to hockey for a bit.
November had it's ups and downs for the Bulls, especially getting beat up a bit by Delaware towards the end of the month but UB heads into the annual Blizzard in Buffalo Tournament ranked nationally (17th) and in an undefeated tie in the ECHL with Canton (number 19).

The Blizzard offers UB an early shot at Canton (Can anyone tell me if this counts as a league game?) if the Bulls get past Slippery Rock and Canton gets past John Carroll U. Or if both teams lose but Canton has destroyed JCU. Canton should not have trouble getting past John Carroll but Slippery Rock, Number 27 in the polls, has the potential to trip up Buffalo.
The games will be played in the North Towns Ice Center and will be free for UB Students (5$ for non students). Here is the facebook event.
