Ford is considered one of the front runners for 'Mr Basketball' in Colorado.
Rodney McKissic of the Buffalo news reports that "the 6-foot-8 Ford visited UB the weekend of Sept. 4 and immediately fell in love with the campus and coaching staff."
Ford also had interest from Tulsa, Portland, Northern Colorado, Loyola-Marymount, Northeastern and Loyola-Illinois.
Scout Calls ford "one of the most athletic wings in the region and possesses a rare combination or length and athleticism that allows him to be a force on both ends of the floor. He has a solid jump shot and scores well at all three levels, especially when he attacks the rim with his quick first step."
