Some you lose, some you win...

After losing several players this season, including two that followed their former coach to KU it was time for a bit of good news on the transfer front:

According to Rodeny McKissic of the Buffalo News Romel Dismuke will be transferring to Buffalo From Cincinnati. This is solid news for the Bulls who are going to lose Davonte Shannon after this season.

According to ESPN scouts Dismuke displays good athleticism and aggressiveness as a defensive back prospect. Lacks great height, has a slighter frame but possesses long arms for pressing and plays bigger and more physical than listed measurable.

Dismuke had offers from Cincinnati, Pitt, Bowling Green and EMU during the summer of 2008, he took a spot with the Bearcats and never looked back.... Until the coaching staff fell apart..

He will have to sit out 2010 per NCAA transfer rules but he will come on line in 2011 where he could either fill a gap in the secondary. Dismuke played everything but line in high school and was noted as a quality ATH recruit so there is also a chance he ends up somewhere else.
