You have to feel for Oregon fans, this past year has been such a mix of emotional highs on the game day and lows off the field. It seems like that the program is going down hill faster than the bobsledders in Vancouver. Outside of the sporting world everyone is focused on the train wreck that is Tiger Woods, but the real incident which should be causing folks driving by to snap their necks is the steady stream of crimes coming out of Eugene.

But uniforms aside how could this program so quickly get out of hand? Right now they have to be Giving USC a run for their money when it comes to how many times PAC 10 commissioner Larry Scott mentions a school while meeting with his therapist.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not happy to see the ducks going through this. I've always had a soft spot for Oregon. How can you not like a team that strives week in and week out to dethrone a football power (USC) and at the same time strive to produce the worlds most visually offensive uniforms. Many mock their weekly experimentation, but given my mother dressed me funny as a kid I more pity what Nike makes them do. well at least all of this finally settles Oregon on a uniform:

Speaking about meeting with professionals Mike Bellotti has to have a slew of meetings with media spin control organizations going on, I hope they go well.
