Ready for a Blizzard in Buffalo

No, Not that Blizzard, This one!

December 4th and 5th UB will be hosting the 'Blizzard in Buffalo' Hockey Tournament. The Bulls and three other teams will be facing off at the Amherst Pepsi Center in a two round contest. The three teams making the trip are:

Ithaca has struggled this season, in eleven attempts they have managed just one win (a 5-4 decision over Rochester). The bombers are are lead by Freshman Matt Vetrone with 11 points.
The John Carroll Blue Streaks have also had their share of trouble this season. They are led by forward Nick Moric who has 17 goals and seven assist in just 15 games. In their most recent game they throttled Cornell for just their 4th win of the season.
While Scranton has had a hard year they are riding something of a decent streak. In their last six games they are an impressive 4-1-1. Behind some high powered scoring they have second place in the EHCA within their sights.

UB will play the Ithaca Bombers Saturday at 4:30 and the winner will take on the victor of the John Carroll vs. Scranton Game. The two losers will play a consolation game.

All games are free to people with a Valid Student ID and cost only five dollars otherwise.
