Can't say I blame the guy. Maybe Stoops didn't need to reinstate those receivers after all.

Could be a good get for us if he does decide to transfer here. He has good size and speed. He could help fill the void left by Jeff Luc transfering. They were in the same recruiting class in which Luc was the #1 inside linebacker in the class of 2010 Fortt was the #5 outside linebacker in the class but has switched to inside linebacker in college. He has been more productive thus far in his career. He also has better size and speed compared to Luc. Highlight video is included in the link along with a short introduction to Fortt.

The NCAA is moving with almost supernatural speed (for them). It seems like they ARE going to do something to Penn State. I'll still be SHOCKED if they suspend the PSU football team, but if they're not doing something fairly significant this kind of pre-release thing is a little much.
