Lammons came to UB as the ranked the 44th best safety prospect in the country. He came to UB as a four-year letter winner at Pahokee High School. And finished with a senior season that inlucded 85 tackles, and 15 tackles for a loss.

After red shirting during UB's 2008 championship season Lammons has spent two seasons providing depth in UB defensive backfield. This season he is paired up with Dwellie Striggles as a back up to Najja Johnson ib the left corner.
